The Field Operations (FO) department in Head Office at NRC includes three sections and a unit. The Strategy, Information and Support Unit currently employs four staff, and this new position would be the fifth member of the team. The Unit works to support various work streams across the department and have cross-departmental outreach as well.
The Grant Coordinator's role is to implement the delegated responsibility from the Head of Strategy, Information and Support unit, in supporting budget holders/project managers in grant management of projects in accordance with NRC policies and procedures, perform compliance control for FO managed projects and provide support to the management of NRC’s internal innovation fund and private funds.
We are looking for a highly engaged, service minded and structured professional for the new position as Grants Coordinator. You enjoy working with several ongoing projects, keep a good overview as well as set clear priorities for both your colleagues and yourself. You work in accordance with procedures, with the confidence to challenge these were you see the possibility for improvement – you set high goals for yourself and colleagues and have the confidence to hold colleagues accountable.
