The Safety and Security Training Project
Home based with Significant travel requirments
Two months in the field, with two week R&R periods after each training cycles

The Project Manager will be responsible for the entirity of the project cycle from accessing funds, or raising funds, recruiting the team to impliment the project, gaining all permissions and documentation required, as well as ensuring successful monitoring and evaluation and reporting to donors as required.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent speaker of English Language
Experience of working in Hostile, Demanding and Challenging Envionments
Desirable Qualifications:
Speaker of Russian, Ukrainian Language
Speaker of French and Spanish Lanuage
Required Prior Experience:
Project Management Experience
Building and developing personal resilience and an effective work/life balance
Work experience within or alongside Humanitarian Organisations
Humanitarian Safety and Security Experience
Training
Delivering Safety and Security Training
Desirable Prior Experience:
Work within or alongside the Military or Emergency Services
Work within or alongside the United Nations
Values and Skill Set
A passion for Eqality and in partiicular Gender Equality
Advocate of the Red Cross and Red Cresent Movements Code of Conduct
Adhearence to Humanitarian Principles
