UNICEF Kyrgyzstanis seeking for anIntern to support the Climate Change and ResilienceProgramme with filing, sorting and archivingprogrammerelated files andpublications.

How can you make a difference?

Under the supervision of the Programme Associate, Climate Change and Resilience, the Intern will:

1. Sort or classifymaterialsaccording to content, purposeinchronological, alphabetical, or numerical order;

2. Place sorted materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins, or drawers;

3. Preparerecords/ contentsonfilesstored and archived;

4. Supportoffice duties such as typing, operating office machines and sorting mail;

5. Provide English-Russian-English written translation;

6. Draft letters in English orRussian language (development assignments).

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

1. Current enrollment in undergraduate programs;

2. Experience with or educational background in the areas of environmental studies / climate change and disaster risk management will be an advantage;

3. Have excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records;

4. Excellent knowledge of English and Russian;

5. Ability tooperateoffice equipment.
